Looking back over your years with the company, what moment has given you a deep sense of the company's values? And how have you grown?

During my four years in the company, I have witnessed the company's ambition and actions based on China and focusing on the world. The company has cooperated with many famous domestic hospitals to identify and solve clinical pain points, and deeply explore the potential of the domestic market. In addition, in recent years, the company has also exchanged and co-operated with a number of international advanced medical device enterprises, expanding the international market while providing us with a larger platform and broader vision. In addition, for me personally, in terms of professional skills and management ability, there is a great improvement, from the registration specialist to the high commissioner and then to the registration supervisor, thank you very much for the company's appreciation and cultivation.

Looking back over your years with the company, what moment has given you a deep sense of the company's values? And how have you grown?

During these four years, I have deeply felt the company values of ‘collaborative and innovation’ and ‘high performance’, and I have been doing the same for myself. In the past two years, with the rapid sales momentum of the company's single-use electronic endoscopes, production capacity is growing rapidly, in order to meet the growing production demand and ensure product quality, I combined with my own past experience in consumables testing, took the initiative to optimise the process of consumables inspection items, and work with other departments to improve the number of consumables products inspected per month, which effectively relieved the pressure on production capacity and ensured timely delivery and high quality of products.

Looking back over your years with the company, what moment has given you a deep sense of the company's values? And how have you grown?

Our team is a start-up team that has just been established for only 2 years. In view of this situation and combining our own strengths, I took the initiative to assume the role of a bridge between internal and external communication. In order to ensure that our optical testing can fully cover all the optical performance inspection standards required for domestic and international registrations, I always maintain a positive attitude in communicating with third-party testing organisations, sharing information, giving feedbacks, learning together and discussing the testing methods in depth.

Looking back over your years with the company, what moment has given you a deep sense of the company's values? And how have you grown?

Since joining the company, my greatest personal gain has been my in-depth understanding of minimally invasive clinical knowledge. Through personal learning, departmental training and clinical practice, I have not only gained a deep understanding of the use of products, but also accumulated knowledge and experience that can help in product design and development. I think I fit in well with the company's philosophy of ‘high performance’ and ‘collaborative and innovation’. For example, in the powertrain development project, I designed a compact back-and-forth reciprocating mechanism inspired by a toy video, and completed the structural design of the cutterhead in just two weeks. This result greatly accelerated the product iteration process.

I originally engaged in the industry is the electronics industry and the automotive industry, since joining the industry, from a medical industry, to I understand the medical industry on the different requirements of suppliers and raw materials, about the lives of patients, screening suppliers require more stringent requirements for the stability of the quality of raw materials require more. Therefore, in the process of work, we from the selection of suppliers, to the selection of raw materials, from the quality agreement signed with the supplier, to the quality inspection, the pursuit of excellence, to ensure that nothing is wrong.

Looking back over your years with the company, what moment has given you a deep sense of the company's values? And how have you grown?

Our technical department arranges internal training every month, so that each person takes turns to explain and train everyone on the design and development process, experience in product design improvement, and general medical knowledge related to surgery. Such training not only improves everyone's ability and vision, but also stimulates potential and enhances teamwork. In the company, I have been given the opportunity to learn and grow systematically in the medical device industry, in all aspects from project preview and establishment, to design and production, to testing and verification, as well as after-sales improvement.
