Scivita Medical won the after-sales service awards in China！

The 13th ‘China Medical Equipment Industry Data Release Conference’ sponsored by the ‘China Medical Devices’ magazine was held in Beijing from March 31 to April 2, 2023. The results of the 2022 ‘China Medical Equipment Industry Data Research’ were officially announced at the conference on April 1. Scivita Medical won the Gold Award for Excellent National Brand of 2022 China Medical Equipment and ranked TOP1 in 2022 China Medical Equipment Product Line for its brand influence, product technology, and after-sales service capabilities in the domestic market.

A total of 13,472 questionnaires were collected from the 2022‘China Medical Equipment Industry Data Research’, which covered 3,274 medical institutions in 32 provinces of China. The research centered on 23 categories of medical equipment that are primarily used in hospitals, classified into five groups: digital diagnostic devices, endoscope devices, operating room equipment, emergency and life support equipment, and laboratory equipment. The research content covered seven areas: market retention rate, product quality, maintenance quality, price, efficiency, training, and service, to highlight the comprehensive brand influence and after-sales service quality of medical equipment enterprises.

During this research, Scivita Medical, with its comprehensive domestic after-sales service network and proactive services of value-added and efficient-enhancing, ranked TOP1 in comprehensive after-sales satisfaction, training satisfaction, repurchase rate, and net promoter score among tertiary hospitals. It also ranked top1 in comprehensive after-sales satisfaction among primary (including other) medical institutions. So as to Scivita Medical was ultimately placed TOP1 in 2022 China Medical Equipment Product Line. Meanwhile, after a comprehensive evaluation, Scivita Medical received Gold Award for Excellent National Brand of 2022 China Medical Equipment.
