Sales Manager, Japan (city is not limited)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Achievement of sales goals: Implement local sales strategies and business development plans in targeted market to promote the achievement of annual sales goals;
2. Channel development and management: do a good job in distributor/agent management and sample management of endoscopic image processor for targeted market, develop new sales channels, and promote the construction of sales networks;
3. Market development and information collection: organize, plan and participate in local exhibitions or professional academic exchange activities, market promotion activities, collect market-related information, track market business leads and promote business growth;
4. Brand promotion: use social media etc. to enhance product brand value;
5. Others.



1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 2 years of experience in sales of consumables in urology, gynecology, and respiratory department, and experience in sales of disposable endoscopes or endoscopes related is preferred;
3. Have experience in new customer development, new sales channel development or agent management of consumables in the medical device industry;
4. Basic knowledge of disposable endoscope products;
5. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to adapt to an international working atmosphere.
